• Enter a Password  (Your password cannot contain blank spaces), then confirm your password;
• First and Last Name;
• Middle Initial;
• Enter an Email Address and Confirm it;
• Date of Birth;
• Social Security Number and confirm it;
• Then answer the security questions;
• And Type the verification code from the picture.

After this press "Continue/Next" and complete the registration.
