How to Find Email Server Settings
In order to use the new functionality of Handy Password 4.0 - Database on the Email Server - you should adjust your incoming and outgoing server settings just like you do when you set up your email client. Some mail services allow you to use POP3 for free. These services include inbox.com, gawab.com, freepop3.net and so on. If you use any of the above mentioned services, or other free POP3 mail services, refer to the Sign up Help or read POP3/SMTP FAQs (for example, http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/pop/, http://www.comcast.net/help/faq/, http://kb.earthlink.net/case) on your email server's web site to find out the POP3 and SMTP settings of your email server.
However, if you are on a network and have an Internet connection through a proxy server, contact your network administrator or the Internet provider to specify the mail server settings.
To save your Database on the email server you should adjust POP3/SMTP settings in Handy Password. See the Email Server Settings section of Handy Password Online Help.
